TAYLOR, TIMOTHY R., 67, of Louisville, passed away at his home, Wednesday May 12, 2010, with his loving family by his side after a short battle with cancer. He was a driver for TARC and a JCPS school bus driver, a KY Colonel and a Baptist by faith
He was preceded in death by his father, Hise Taylor and a sister Jeanine Taylor.
He is survived by his loving family, his wife of 19 years, Norma "Jane" Taylor; mother, Avis Taylor; children, Timothy E. Taylor (Lydia), David "Tony" Taylor, Beverly Slusser, Cheri Hedden (Marty), Carolyn Embry (Doug), Tommy Litsey (Jennifer); sister, Vicki Brown (Charlie); brother, David Taylor (Nancy); 14 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; his special dog and buddy, BO, and many friends and extended family.
His Life Celebration service will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2010, at 2 p.m. at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with burial at a later date. Visitation will be on Friday, May 14th from 4-8 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. till service time at the funeral home.
