Bill passed away on July 7, 2018 at Cedar Court in Corydon. Bill was born to Percy Ray Frank and Thelma Cleo Underwood on August 1, 1926. He attended Ahren's Trade School to learn architectural drafting. He entered the U.S Navy, November 4, 1944 at Great Lakes, Illinois. He was assigned to the generator shack on Calicoan Island, Phillippines. After his service, he learned to bend neon glass and sold building material for many companies in Southern Indiana and Kentucky. Companies like Poe Lumber, Marengo, Chase Barlow and Kentucky Lumber.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother William H "Dub" Frank.
He is Survived by his loving wife of 71 years Mary Theresa Burch Frank; his children, Donald Ray Frank(Lois), Ronald Lee Frank(Barbara) and Theresa Eiche (Ed); his grandchildren, Nik, Ben, Richard, and Michele.
The service will be held on Saturday July 14 at 12pm in Evergreen Dignity Memorial Chapel, visitation will be Friday from 3-8pm at the funeral home.
