She was a retired Dental Assistant and a member of the Ponderosa Yacht Club.
Susan is preceded in death by her parents, Franklin and Oneeta Searcy.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 45 years, James E. Spencer; children, Angel Crawley, Allen Spencer (Amanda) and Alena Van Meter (David); grandchildren, Brian, Kaden, Sienna, Makayla, Angalena, Alyssa, Preston , Nathan and Makenna; great-granddaughter, Ashton; siblings, Teresa Olliges (Terry), Wilbur Searcy (Jan) and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, 12:00 pm, at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday.
The family would like to request that memorial donations in Susan's name be directed to the American Cancer Society.
