Stanley E. Christian

He was an electrician who worked many years out of Local 369, following that he worked and retired from Ford Motor Company. In his early years, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and always loved spending time with his family. He was very proud to have served his country in the United States Navy.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Higginbotham and father, Stuart Eugene Christian.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Kustes Christian, his three daughters; Ashley Allen (Travis), Alli Mattingly (Barrett), and Amber Fillipps (Matt), six grandchildren; Emmelyn, Parker, Clay, Cam, Connor, Mallory, two brothers; Mike Christian (Shannon), and Mitch Christian (Terri), along with many nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 3rd from 2:00 PM- 7:00 PM and Thursday, August 4th from 11:00 AM- 12:00 PM, at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218.

Funeral service for Stan will begin at Noon on Thursday, August 4th. Military Honors will be held within Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218, where Stan will be laid to rest.
