Sara C. Randall, age 93 of New Albany, IN, passed away August 3, 2021.
Born to the late Chas and Helen Crain, Sara is survived by her adoring husband of over 65 years, Dr. Mark C. Randall; their children Mark B. Randall (Marcia), Stephen A. Randall (Linda), and John C. Randall (Tammy); grandchildren Lucas G. Randall (Detra), Jackson P. Randall (Alexis), and Matt Randall (Brooke); great-grandchildren Miles A. Randall, Olivia C. Randall, and one great-grandbaby on the way!
Sara graduated from Berea High School and went on to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in horticulture from the University of Kentucky. She was also a member of the Tri Kappa Sorority while attending UofK. Sara loved to tend to her flowers and held her family very close to her heart. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.
A visitation will be held Monday, August 9, 2021 from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville KY 40218. A funeral service in Sara’s honor will take place immediately at 2:00 pm at the funeral home and she will be laid to rest in Resthaven Memorial Park. Expressions of sympathy may be made out to the Floyd County Humane Society or Rauch Inc. of New Albany, Indiana.
