In loving memory of Rose Marie, 76, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at home surrounded by family.
Born August 13, 1935 in Louisville, she was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother as well as a lover of all animals.
Her mother, Ruby; and daughter, Patricia Rose precede her in death.
Left to carry on Rose Marie’s memory are husband of 35 years, Ray Thomas Brown Sr.; children Stephen Wood (Kimberly), Vicki Frashure (Jimmie), Michael Wood, Cynthia Thomas (Michael), Jeffrey Wood, Dana Cook (Daniel); step children Sandra Brown, Ray Brown Jr. (Beth), Jennifer Hertel (Timm); half brother Bobby Purdon; first cousin Charlie Cummins (Sharon); 18 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A service celebrating the life of Rose Marie will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Arch L. Heady Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Burial at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
