

He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his children: Thumper, Lori, Jenny, his grandchildren: Cody, Daxtin, Theory and his sister Yvonne Hatfield.
Roger was born and raised in Louisville KY. Graduated from Valley High School and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Kentucky University. Roger excelled in his entrepreneurial skills while mastering in areas of marketing and data analysis. He was a hard worker and highly respected by colleagues and clients. Roger enjoyed spending time with his family and friends while sharing his love for dancing, fishing, golfing, bowling, softball games, volleyball leagues, family game nights and being in or near the water. Roger was a theater and arts extraordinaire. He loved the “drama” or to just tell you how to deal with it!!! Compassionate, encouraging, loving, giving, funny, adventurous, reliable, helpful and Loved. Roger possessed ALL of these attributes and more. He will be greatly missed and honorably remembered by many.
Funeral service will be at 12 Pm in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, January, 3, 2022 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home (4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218).
Visitation will be from 4 PM until 8 PM on Monday, January 2, 2022 at the funeral home.
