Uncle Bobby was almost like an older brother to me.  He was always there, and I can remember when he left for overseas duty how sad I felt.  Once, he was on R&R from a dangerous deployment.  We were sitting in our backyard when someone lit a firecracker .... he hit the ground and covered his head.  It embarrassed him when he realized where he was.  My grandchildren loved Uncle Bobby, and he enjoyed playing with them.  They especially liked that he could make his hat move up and down just by raising his eyebrows.  He will be missed.  Friday nights will not be the same again.

My name is Amy and I work at Mcdonald's and Bob was one of my customers and he was very nice and iI will miss him very much.

Bobby was a wonderful uncle--he had five brothers and three sisters who loved him, too.   He was quiet, thoughtful and as George said, he made us laugh. He was so close to Elizabeth, his sister and David before they died and then Helen and Scott made him feel very special every weekend as they had dinner together.   He will be missed.

So sorry to hear of your Uncle Bob's passing. Mother and I talked with Bob at McDonalds just this past Sunday. Bob was such a sweet, kind and thoughtful person. Bob always sat in the same seat at McDonalds, it won't be the same without him there.  He will be deeply missed. May God Bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

So sorry to hear of your Uncle Bob's passing. Mother and I talked with Bob this past Sunday at McDonalds. Bob was such a sweet, kind and thoughtful person. When I look at the seat where he always sat at McDonalds the whole gang will be sad. He will be deeply missed. May God Bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I met Bob about two yrs. ago at the McDonald's coffee club on third st.,he was a nice and he wounld sit and listen and drink coffee. He will be truly miss by all. Love.

As a young boy, Mama, Janet and myself would come to Louisville and visit Mama Dick and all of the family.  That meant Bobby, Stuart, John and GrandDad.  Bobby was the clown.  He would roll his eyes, move his adams-apple and make funny noises and I would be rolling in the aisle.  He loved us and we loved him.  This would all take place in the living room with John and Bobby sitting on the couch, Stuart walking around and Mama Dick and GrandDad standing and laughing.  I can see it very clearly today.
