Phuoc Thanh Thach, age 70, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022. Phuoc was born November 3, 1951 in Tra Vinh, Cau Ngang, Vietnam to the late Muone Thach and Chia Thi Thach.
Left behind to cherish Phuoc's memory is his beloved wife of 50 years, Trang Thi Kien; children, Xuat Thach, Sam Thach (Thanh Le), Bat Thach and Sophia Thach (Hoang Le); grandchildren, Lam Thach, Thalia Thach, Samuel Thach, Thia Thach and Devin Le.
A visitation for Phuoc will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40213. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 from 12 noon until 2:15 p.m.
A private cremation ceremony will be held for the family.
