She was a loving sister who cared deeply about her family. Paula also loved riding her horses and Listening to Elvis.
Paula was met at the gates of Heaven by her parents, Martin Raymond Skaggs and Mary Helen Skaggs; niece, Suzanne Dunn; and brother-in-law, Rick Kaiser.
She leaves behind her siblings, JD White Jr. (Connie), Deborah Skaggs Newton, Theresa Skaggs Kaiser.
Paula Also leaves four nieces, one nephew, many great nieces, nephews, one great-great niece and many other friends and family.
A funeral service for Paula will be held on Wednesday at 11:00am at Advantage Funeral Home with burial to follow at Bethany cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday form 2:00pm until 8:00pm at the funeral home.
