He was born in Louisville on May 13, 1943, to Plato & Katie Sanford. He was preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Wanda Sanford; his son, Richard Lee Sanford; and his grandson, Christopher Sanford.
Paul retired from LG&E as an electrical construction worker. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
