Patrick A. Willoughby, 61, of Louisville passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020.
He loved to go to the lake and enjoyed fishing.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Joyce Willoughby.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 40 years, Jackie Willoughby; son, Corey (Leslie) Willoughby; grandchildren, Calvin and Henry Willoughby; brother, Glenn (Charlotte) Willoughby; niece, Laura (Kevin) Willoughby; nephew, Jonathon (Kim) Willoughby; and great nieces and nephews, Logan, Laurel and Talia.
The Service will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 12:00pm in Evergreen Dignity Chapel. The vivitation will be from 10:00am until the time of service.
Memorial Donations in Patrick's name can be made to Kenwood Heights Christian Church.
