Patricia Ann Ballard, 83, of Louisville passed from this life on Monday March 21, 2016 at Baptist Health. She was the former Patricia Sexton, a loving mother and a Catholic by faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Edward Ballard. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Melinda McIntyre (Pat), Julia Bates (Kirk), Beverly Ballard (Clarence), Karen Allen (Donnie), and Elizabeth Olguin (Eddie); 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A mass of celebration for Patricia will be held at 10 am Tuesday at Ascension Catholic Church, 4600 Lynnbrook Drive with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Monday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. Memorial gifts may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
