She was a former model for Selman’s and Stewart’s, the much loved receptionist at Fischer Packing Company, and a lifelong member of The Church of Our Lady. She was an accomplished artist who loved going to Brown County, IN, and Derby Dinner Playhouse.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, John; sons, James Edward and John Anthony; Aunt Leona; Aunt Rose; her best friends: Jean, Marie and Al, and untold numbers of furry, purring children.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her adopted daughter Kim Thomas (Roger) and many friends.
A Celebration of Mary’s life will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 am on Thursday.
