Mary Wyona Embry

Born on Saturday, June 17, 1944 Mary was the daughter of the late Charlie & Nora Smith. She was a former waitress with Jim Porter’s & was the social center of Woodcreek Condominiums.

Her parents, Charlie & Nora Smith; along with siblings, Mae, Dorothy, Frances, Lilly, Virginia & Jimmy, precede Mary in her passing.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Kenny Anderson, Cindy (Greg) Stotts, Johnny Anderson & Kelly (Pamela) Anderson; grandchildren, Sarah, Brittney, Jacob, Jennifer, Jared, Luke & “adopted grandson”, Zachary; several great–grandchildren; as well as her sister, Betty; and best friend, Camille; along with many nieces & nephews; plus her second family at Woodcreek Condominiums; and a host of other relatives & friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Dignity Chapel of the Evergreen Funeral Home. Mary will be laid to rest in the Lily Garden of the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 30, 2023 from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. and then again on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until the Funeral Hour of 2:00 p.m. also at the Evergreen Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers and customary expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
