Fletcher, Mary Elizabeth “Betty”, 89, went to be with her Heavenly Father on September 6, 2016. Betty was a feisty and caring woman who loved spending time with her family. She was a devout Catholic, enjoyed watching gameshows, and was an avid UK fan!
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester T. Fletcher Sr.; son, Lester T. Fletcher Jr.; and siblings, Nancy Martin and Charles Embry.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Shirley Schott and Brenda Sue Davis; 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 11 great, great grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 2:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will also be on Friday from 10:30am-2:00pm at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Evergreen Cemetery following the service.
Memorial contributions may be made in Betty’s name to the American Alzheimer’s Assoication.
