Martha was the beloved matriarch of her family, a role she cherished above all else. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, V Glenn Reed Jr., her loving son Eric L. Reed, and her treasured grandson, Adam Weiss. Her legacy continues through her children, Glenda R. Siegel (Bruce), Robin R. Weiss (Bill), and Robert R. Reed Sr. (Terri), who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.
Martha's life was a testament to the power of love and the importance of family. She was a mother not only to her own children but to all who knew her. Her grandchildren, Lauren Neuner (Pat), Eric Reed Jr., Todd M Siegel, Brian Siegel (Monika), Cody Weiss (Bobbi), Robert Ross Reed Jr. (Trende), Christopher G. Reed (Emily), and Nicholas Reed (Mary Kate), were the recipients of her boundless love and support. Martha's daughter-in-law, Sandy Reed, also held a special place in her life.
Throughout her years, Martha's home was a sanctuary of warmth and hospitality, a place where family and friends gathered, and where laughter and love were always in abundance. She was an avid reader, a hobby that allowed her to explore new worlds and ideas, and to share her love for stories with those around her.

A funeral service will occur Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 12:00 PM, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218. A committal will occur Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218.
