Margaret L. Duggins, 85, of Louisville passed away on December 23, 2022. She was born in Franklin, KY to the late Robert and Mallie Durham. She was preceded in death by her faithful husband Ralph Duggins, and is survived by her loving daughter Deborah Duggins. She was the youngest of 6 siblings including 5 brothers and 1 sister. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday January 10, 2023 at 11am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home 2428 Frankfort Ave. Louisville, KY with visitation being held on Monday January 9, 2022 from 4pm-8pm. Burial will take place at Resthaven Memorial Park following the service.
