60, of Louisville passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at his residence with family at his side. He was a retired Benefits Claim processor for 27 years with the Veterans Administration, a member of the D.A.V. and had served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifton Parker and Frances Landers. He is survived by his loving daughter, Amber Kelman (Greg); brothers, Anthony and Kenneth Parker, and Sam Landers; a sister, Marlene Meredith (Steve) and a grandson, Zachary Kelman and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. His Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, February 22, 2010 at noon at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. on Sunday and after 10 a.m. Monday.
