Kristopher Brett Cook, 26 of Louisville, passed away Monday, May 11, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Dennis Buzz Richards and Lee and Mary F. Cook.
Survivors include his parents Earl Bradly Cook (Pam Wilkerson Cook) and Shannon Cook (Patrick Stephens); grandmother Mae Richards; sisters Patera Cook, Shelby Roberts (Lucas), Katie Stephens, Emilie Stephens; brother Matthew Stephens; several aunts and uncles; fiancé Carrie Turner Pyle.
His funeral service will be at 12:00 PM Friday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Interment will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 2-8 PM at the funeral home and after 10:00 AM on Friday.
