Dyson, Kenneth “Ken” Lamar, 53, passed away February 26, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Pearline Dyson; step-brother, Brian Elam; and father-in-law, Jerry Thomson.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 20 years, Julie Thomson Dyson; children, Kendall, Keyona, and Jasmine Dyson; siblings, June Andrews and Rodney Andrews; step-sisters, Angie McCoy Jackson and Margo McCoy Palmer; cousins, Sharon Murray and Tony Murray; brother-in-law, John Thomson (Cynthia); mother-in-law, Janet Thomson-Ritter (Don); and several nieces, nephews, and a ton of friends.

The family would like to thank Norton Brownsboro Hospital Neuroscience, Dr. Tom Yao, and Hosparus of Louisville for the excellent care that they took of Kenneth.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 2 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home Dignity Chapel. Memorial visitation will be Saturday from 12 pm-2 pm at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions in memory of Kenneth may be made to the family.
