Joyce Marie Fowler, 90, of Louisville, passed away February 27, 2019. She was a retired seamstress for Krish's Cleaners. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Curt Firkins and Bobby Firkins. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Charles Fowler; daughter, Sherry Free(Donnie); grandchildren, Steve Free(Sherry) and Stacey Surbaugh; great-grandchildren, Jared Free, Hailey Free, Olivia Surbaugh, and Emily Surbaugh. Visitation will be 1pm-6pm Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Evergreen Funeral Home. All other services will be private. Memorial donations in Mrs. Fowler's memory can be made to Hosparus or Kentucky Humane Society.
