Mr. Decker was born September 16, 1959, to Betty Herron Decker and the late Alva Ray Decker.
He was a self- employed electrician, an avid NASCAR fan and an Atlanta Braves fan.
Joe, who was always ready for a good time and quick with a joke,enjoyed spending time with his many friends.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Betty Decker; children, JoJo Decker , Danielle Decker; siblings, Kim Jackson, David and Jeff Decker and many other loving, extended family members.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, 10:00 am, at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Thursday, 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm,at the funeral home.
