John C. Gephart, 71, of Louisville passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Mary Gephart and a sister, Anna Saltsgaver.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Connie Gephart, their daughter, Heather Oakes (Jerry) and grandchildren, Sarah and Jacob Oakes, a brother Carl Edward Gephart and a mother-in-law, Rosaline Stevenson. John is also survived by many other family and friends.
A funeral to celebrate John’s life will be conducted at 12 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2018 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 2-8 p.m. on Friday July 6, 2018.
