Janet retired from John F. Trompeter Company. She was a huge family person and greatly adored her grandchildren.
Janet is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Nancy Pfeiffer. She is survived by her loving children, Jerry Spivey, Jr. and Jennifer Welsh (Keith); her grandchildren, which called her "Grammy", Allison Spivey, Presley Welsh, and Riley Welsh; siblings, JoEtta Loyd (Ronald), Judy Wilbert (Jim), Harry Pfeiffer (Kelly), Becky McMartin (Dan), Trish McCullum (Kevan), and Debbie Boehnlein (Andy); and multiple nieces and nephews.
A funeral service to honor the life of Janet will be 12pm Monday, November 18, 2013 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-8pm Sunday and from 10am-12pm Monday at the funeral home.
