James Earl Reed, 82, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. He was born in Brownsville, Kentucky to the late Earl and Icy Reed on October 15, 1942. Jim was a writer, a photographer, an editor, and a PC consultant for the City of Louisville, the State of Kentucky, and the University of Louisville.
Left to cherish Jim's memory are all his cousins and dear friends in and around Brownsville, Kentucky.
Visitation for Jim will be held Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 8519 Preston Highway, Louisville, Kentucky 40219. A graveside service will occur Monday, December 2, 2024 at 1:00 PM CST at Alexander Cemetery, Brownsville, Kentucky 42210.
