Heath was born in Louisville, Kentucky on Friday, September 10, 1971 to parents, Douglas Hall and Linda (Beckmann) Hall. On July 30, 2024, Heath was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that had already spread through most of his body in his bones. He fought as hard as he could but sadly succumbed to the disease on October 28th.
Heath had a love for basketball, his favorite team being the U of L Cardinals. He rarely missed watching them play. Though he had not always been fond of animals, he became a dog lover as he discovered the wonderful companionship they provided. He was also an extraordinary poet, even winning an Outstanding Achievement in Poetry Award for his poetry from the International Society of Poets in 2008.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Linda Hall; his father, Douglas Hall; brothers, James Hall and Joshua Hall; sister, Kimberly (Hall) Eng; his nephew, Ethan Hall; several aunts, uncles and cousins; plus, a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
We love you, Heath, and will miss you deeply. May you finally rest in peace.
