Harry “Sonny” Francis Stanley, 80, passed away on Friday December 9, 2022. He was born on May 21, 1942 in Louisville to the late Harry Francis, Sr, and Mary (Doyle) Stanley. He was retired from Swift Packing Co. (JBS Foods). Left to cherish his memory are his children, Elisha Bennett, Jimmy Shake, Shannon Stanley, Gregory Stanley and Sonya Stanley; he is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great grand children. Funeral service for Mr. Stanley will be held at 7 pm on Saturday December 17, 2022 in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with cremation to follow. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm on Saturday at the funeral home.
