She was a retired clerk for JCPS, having worked at PRP, Western, and Stuart High Schools, and was a longtime member of St. Clement Catholic Church (now St. Peter the Apostle).
Grace was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Murray Norton; her parents, Raymond and Bridget Della Marion; and siblings Anna Cielecki, Alice DeRaismes, Rose Smith, Patricia Melia, Raymond Marion, John Marion, and Edward “Buttons” Marion.
She is survived by her daughter Ann Forcht; granddaughters, Stephanie Forcht Willmon (Jimmy) and Jennifer Forcht Bixler (Clark); a great-grandson, Lincoln Willmon; and many nieces and nephews.
Grace’s funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am Thursday at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 5431 Johnsontown Road, followed by burial at Ivy Hill Cemetery, Hardinsburg. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Wednesday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy.
