Gary Phillip Cassady, 60, passed away on Sunday November 12, 2017.
He was born in Louisville on October 2, 1957 to the late James and Norma Cassady. Gary is survived by his son, Jeremy Cassady, grandson, Zach Cassady, his brother, Thomas Cassady and Saundra Collins.
Visitation will be from 3-6pm Wednesday November 15th at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road. The funeral service will be at 10am on November 16th at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park
