Phillips, Frances C. “Peggy” 89, entered into Heaven’s Gate April 22, 2017. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Albert Phillips,siblings Patsy Weber and Louis Aebersold and great grandchild Tristan Phillips. Peggy leaves behind to cherish her memory her children Robert Phillips (Barbara), Donna Smith (Perry) and Carol Smith (Keith), grandchildren Shane Phillips (Annie), Beau Phillips, Chris Smith, Jenny Waters (Bobby), Kathryn Moore (David), Pamela Smith and Elaina Williams (Jeff) and eleven great grandchildren. Her siblings Dorothy Snawder, Donnie, Ronnie and Emmett Aebersold and host of extended family members also survive her. A service to honor the life of Peggy will be held Thursday at 12pm in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
