Eva M. ( Pence) Bland, 62, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2011 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
She was a former clerk for Butternut Bread, where she had worked for 15 years.
She is survived by her husband, James D. Bland; 4 sons, Darren Pence (Lisa), Dennis Pence, Ronnie Pence (Michelle), and Joe Pence (Carol.); her sister, Carol Hamilton; and eleven grandchildren. Her sister Beverly Heffernan preceded her in death.
Her funeral service will be held at noon on Tuesday at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, followed by entombment at Evergreen Mausoleum. Visitation will be Sunday from 3pm until 8pm and Monday from 10am until 8pm.
