Esther G. Dougan, aged 88 passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2022. She was born June 16, 1934 in North Dakota. Esther was a member of Family Worship Center and worked for Bell South as a phone Detective.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, James Dougan, and her siblings.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews, and her children: Sherry Roberts, James Dougan (Buck), Hugh Dougan
Funeral service will be at 11 AM at Family Worship Center (1621 S. Fourth Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40208).
Visitation will be from 6 PM until 8 PM on Friday, September 16, 2022 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home (4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218). There will be an hour of visitation from 10 AM until service time of 11 AM at the church on Saturday.
