Edith LaVerne Graham

Edith LaVerne Graham, 84, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. She was a homemaker. LaVerne was a member of Highview Church of God and loved going to church! She enjoyed singing, sitting on the porch - in her rocking chair - watching the hummingbirds. She crocheted and played guitar.

Edith was preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Frederick L. Graham Sr; siblings, Peggy, Charles, Mary, David, John Wayne; grandchildren, Teressa and Donnie.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Rita Hammond(James), Evelyn Castle(Donnie), Frederick Graham Jr(Diane) Anna DeMuth(Sherman), Cecil Graham(Linda), Virginia Boucher(Steven); 21 grandchildren, Lloyd, Mikki, Renea, Timothy, Tara, Amy, Shawn, Robbie, Adrianne, Sara, Lee, Selina, Mindy, J.T., Mickie, Brittany, Jessica, Nikki, Jeremiah; 46 great grandchildren; 23 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Sissy, Pat; many loving nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbors, and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 12:00pm to 8:00pm at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Highway, Louisville, Kentucky 40219. The funeral service will be Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 10:30am at the funeral home. Burial is in Evergreen Cemetery.
