Lindsay, Douglas L. 80, passed away September 14, 2013 after courageous battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Helen Lindsay and sister Ailene Jefferies. Douglas left behind to cherish his memory his children David Lindsay (Karen), Denise Bowen, Dawn Watson, Daniel Lindsay (Wendy) and Douglas Scott Lindsay (Eileen), step-children Todd and Penny Rogers, nephews Michael, Pat and John Brown, grandchildren Darrian and Drayden Lindsay along with fourteen other grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren. A service honoring the life of Douglas will be held Thursday at 2pm at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 2-8pm at the funeral home.
