She was an LPN for many years. She loved to cook, the beach, motorcycles, her dog, Rusty, most importantly her family.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Glenda Hicks; son, Frank Fathergill Jr.; four brothers, James Lewis Spurlock, Robert Wayne Spurlock, William Allen Spurlock, Cecil Ray Spurlock; sister, Anna Margaret Babcock; grandchildren, Gabriella Miller, Jamie Osborne, Jersey Osborne, Lane Fathergill, and Reagan Combs; great grandchildren, Treyton and Wyomi.
Cremation has been entrusted to Heady Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, Louisville, Ky 40258.
A memorial visitation for Dorothy will be held Saturday, December 21, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 402581482, followed by a memorial service from 4:00 PM.
