He was born on September 4, 1934 to the late Arthur and Alberta Sisco. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Antoinette Sisco; and his second wife, Carolyn VonHoven Sisco; and brother, Frank Sisco.
Donald was an antique car enthusiast. He was a member of the Brick Layers & Allied Craftsman Union. He served in US Army and Don worked as a brick layer for over 55 years.
He is survived by his son, Donald C. Sisco, Jr. (Donna); two daughters, Theresa Sisco and Donna Sisco; step-son, Mike VonHoven (Susan); brother, Arthur Sisco, Jr. (Muriel); sister, Yvette Auriemma (Joe); and five loving grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2020 from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A service to honor the life of Donald will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Park.
