Dolores Jean Gilmore, 81, of Louisville passed from this life on Sunday September 7, 2014 at Franciscan Health Care. She was the former Dolores Lambert, a housekeeper and care giver for Father John Caskey at Most Blessed Sacrament, and she was a member of Mary Queen of Peace (St. Denis Campus). Her husband of 58 years Martin Gilmore preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Patty Hardman (Michael), Debby Gilmore, Judy Robbins (Donnie), and Mary Roche’ (Scott); a brother, Rodney Lambert (Tara); grandchildren, Jennifer, Kelly, Josh, Misti, Shawn, Jamie, Justin, Jonathan, and Kaitlyn 10 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. A mass of celebration for Dolores will be held on Thursday at noon at Mary Queen of Peace (St. Denis), 4205 Cane Run Road. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Gilmore is resting at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. where friends may call from 2-8 pm on Wednesday, and after 10 am Thursday.
