Dennis Lee Allen, Sr., 72, of Louisville, passed away May 9, 2015. He was retired from General Electric, was a member of Fern Creek Masonic Lodge #955, and an Army veteran.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Laverne; father, Harvey Allen; mother, Mary Casey; and stepfather, John Casey.
He is survived by his children, Dennie Allen(Donna), Donnie Allen(Cindy), Deana Kehne(John), Tina Allen, and Lisa Geary(Jay); 19 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; brothers, Charlie Allen and John Casey; and sisters, Kathy Raiser, Donna Jackson, Barbara Coomes, and Yvonne Brock.
Funeral service will be 10am Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Evergreen Funeral Home with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-8pm Tuesday.
