Daniel Ray “Doc” Ashby, 40, was born on March 6, 1982 in Louisville and passed away on Thursday November 3, 2022. He is survived by his children, Isabelle Ashby, Daniel Ashby, Jr., Lauren Cummings, and Aleish Cummings; his parents, Donna Booher and Donnie Curtsinger; his sisters Robin Barnes, Susan Risen, and Kelly Everage; a brother, Donnie Ashby; and his girlfriend, Laura Richardson. Visitation will be on Monday November 7, 2022 from 4-8 pm at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd., with cremation to follow.
