GIBBS, CLIFFORD A., 86, of South Louisville peacefully passed from this life on Sunday September 12, 2010 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. He was a native of Hartford, WV., retired from the U.S. Army and B. F. Goodrich, a 30 year member of local 681, and a veteran of World War II. He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years the former Mildred "Mickey" Miller; daughter, Carol Lester (Roger); a son, Wayne Gibbs (Delia); six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Gibbs will be held at noon Friday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with entombment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
