SKAGGS, Charlotte L. , of Louisville, entered into rest on Monday, November 2nd.
She was a member of the River of Life Church.
Mrs. Skaggs was preceded in rest by her husband, James “Bub” Skaggs, and four siblings, James Headden, Jr., Warden Headden, Daryl Headden and Diane Marstellar.
She is survived by her son, William Todd Skaggs (Jennifer); her granddaughter, Katelyn Skaggs; and two sisters, Betty Samples and Janie Headden.
Her funeral will be on Friday at noon at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with interment following in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 1pm until 8pm.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the sender’s charity of choice.
