Mr. Morgan was born, November 15, 1927, to the late Estil and Selena Morgan.
He was a 72 year member of Fairdale Lodge #942, a longtime Reserve Officer for the Clark County Sheriff's Department, a member of Summit Heights United Methodist Church and an Army Veteran.
Mr. Morgan was also a retired Barber and Hairstylist at Wolperts Barber Shop.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 64 years, Edna E. Morgan and his son Charles H. Morgan (Patricia).
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, 12:00 noon, at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday.
The family would like to request that memorial donations be made to the donors favorite charity in Charles memory.
