He is preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Alice E. McCune.
Charles is survived by his children, son, Earl Hibbs (Teresa), daughter, Kathy M. Bryant (Dennis), son, Charles J. McCune Jr. (Vicki), son, Sam McCune (Leah) and daughter, Kelly Logan. He is also survived by his brother, Donald McCune, 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
A celebration of Charles’ life was held privately in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown rd. with entombment at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 5-8 pm Thursday, September 27, 2012.
