He was a graduate of Martha Layne Collins High School, graduating with honors and a GPA of 4.1. As a member of the Boy Scouts, Calvin achieved Eagle Scout. He was also a member of the National Honors Society and the Junior ROTC where he was the second highest-ranking cadet. Calvin worked at NIFCO America for a little over a year in Shelbyville, KY. He loved listening to his music loud and playing games online with friends.
Here to cherish his memory are his parents, Stacy and Calvin Coogle III, brother, Tory Clark, sister, Danielle Coogle, son, Castiel Coogle, mother to his son, Sam Spencer, grandmothers, Sandra Coogle (dec. Calvin Coogle Jr.) and Becky Denzinger (dec. Billy Denzinger), along with aunts, uncles and extended family and friends.
Visitation will occur on Wednesday December 21 from 2-8PM and on Thursday December 22 from 10-12PM, with a Celebration of Calvin’s life to begin at 12:00PM. All services will take place at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Road Louisville, KY 40218
