Bernie was born to the late Joseph and Sophia Weber in Cleveland, OH. After his service to the U.S. Navy, he married Pat and proudly raised his family in Brunswick, OH. An accomplished handyman, Bernie’s hard-working demeanor and mechanical skills served him well in his distinguished career at Ford Motor Company where he retired in 1999 as maintenance supervisor. Bernie loved camping, boating, traveling, golfing and staying active in the Catholic Church. Most of all, he loved his family and retirement in Sun City West, AZ.
Here to cherish his memory are his children Mark Weber (Kathleen) and Dana Newhouse (Butch), grandchildren Jordyn, Connor, Joseph and Kevin, brother, Donald Weber (Joan) and sister, Mary Therese Weber, along with countless other family and friends.
Special thanks to all his friends at Village Crossing Retirement Community in Louisville, KY for all their kindness and support over the past two years.
A private memorial will be held Friday evening, November 11th at the American Legion Hall in Parma, OH; details to follow.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.archlheadyresthaven.com for the Weber family.
