Anthony “TJ” Warner II, 34, of Louisville passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2014.
Survivors include his loving wife Melissa Marquez-Warner; children Meredith Chasteen, Alexander Marquez- Warner, Esabelle Marquez- Warner, Xavier Marquez-Warner, Olivia Marquez-Warner, and Abagail Warner; parents Anthony and Sharon Warner; brother Patrick Warner.
His funeral service will be at 12:00 P.M. Monday at Evangel World Prayer Center, 5400 Minor Lane. Burial Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation Saturday 3-8 P.M. and Sunday 12-8 P.M. at O D White Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2727 South Third Street, Louisville, KY.
