Our beloved Albert (Buddy) Schmitt left us on 1/21/23, at home after a long illness. He was predeceased by his brothers Tom and Chris. Survivors are his parents Tom and Betty Schmitt and siblings Maria Schmitt (Ron), Angela Burden (Roger), Michael Schmitt, Theresa Schmitt (Greg) and Vincent Schmitt (April).
Buddy would give his all in helping his family, friends, and neighbors. He was a giver—a devout Catholic, who expressed his faith by his deeds. He said a daily Rosary before his small altar and took great care of his parents. Buddy was excellent at math, talented at chess, and an author of short stories. His quick wit and store of good jokes were enjoyed by all who knew and loved him.
He will have a private funeral with his family at Arch L Heady/ Resthaven Funeral Home.
