William Richard Bellano, 26 of Brentwood, California died July 13, 2016. He was born on November 21, 1989 in Los Angeles the son of Bob and Suzanne (Olschefski) Bellano.
He attended St. Matthew’s Parish School and graduated Crossroads High School in 2008 where he was a member of the varsity basketball team. He attended Pitzer College in Claremont, California where he studied Business Management.
William was a young business entrepreneur in the fields of music, fashion and jewelry for the past seven years. William will be remembered by family and friends as the “Gentle Giant” with a heart of gold who accepted everyone for who they are. William was a bridge-builder between people of all sorts of backgrounds and beliefs. He will also be remembered as a talented athlete. William loved his pets, most currently his dog Maui and two cats S’mores and Peaches.
William is survived by his parents Bob and Suzanne of Brentwood and his brother Jonathan Charles. He also leaves his maternal grandmother Bonita A. Olschefski of St. Clair Shores, Michigan. He is predisposed in death by his maternal grandfather, Bernard Richard Olschefski and paternal grandparents, William and Daisy Bellano. He is also survived by his Uncle Greg Olschefski, Aunt Gloria Olschefski, Great Uncle Don Koch, his Aunt and Uncle Tom and Barbara Pahk and cousins Erika Pahk and Ian Pahk.
William’s memorial will be held on Saturday, August 13th at 3pm at Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park and Mortuary, 1218 Glendon Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024, phone 310 474-1579 and website www.pbwvmemorialpark.com
