I will never forget Paul's huge warm smile and shining eyes.  A kind and generous soul who always made time for his friends no matter how busy he was, and we know he was that.  I loved getting random calls which started with "Valerie Ann!" and then the scoop.  And he was always a family man in the truest sense of the word in how much he adored his nieces and nephew and was so proud of them.  Such a legacy, the world has lost one of the good ones.

Other than my dad, Paul was the first and best boss I ever had.  Right up to his death, he gave me advice and guidance whenever I needed it.  One of my favorite memories is when in 1984, the Olympics were in Los Angeles and my dad got me tickets to almost every event.  I 'told' Sandy Friedman (my then direct boss) that I was going to some event and Paul said, "you know you work here... you can't just go to the Olympic events all the time"!  Of course, I said "really"?  And, I was serious!  Paul was the most special man.  He could keep me in line with such sarcastic humor and always knew the right thing to say.

Wow..it’s been 3 years..I always remember when he would come to Tx and he always had his newspaper, and very nice belt on, and some nice shoes(kicks) and let me not forget his beautiful smile! I miss him!!! He always brighten my day..I reason I say this is because every time I think of him I know it’s going to be a great day!!
